Become an archaeological detective
The Young Archaeologist of the Year Award, organised by the Young Archaeologists' Club (YAC), has been running for over twenty years. This year YAC has teamed up with the National Trust and English Heritage to bring you the best award ever! Become an archaeological detective and help solve a mystery that dates back to AD230. There is a real site behind the mystery - owned by the National Trust. Follow the clues to work out what the site was used for centuries ago.
Competition open to all aged 8-16 years living in the UK. Closing date 31 August 2005. Find out more details and download the clues on the Young Archaeologists' Club website.
